Introduction
The FOM alphaSC comes with a pre-aligned chuck. Should you however experience that the chuck is not levelized to an adequate level for your application, please follow this tutorial to align the chuck. Please verify that the chuck is levelized, as this will be one of the aspects of the coating height along the coatings.
